I was out of town visiting with my partners family this past weekend. While there, I stuck to my diet - pat on the back for that!
One thought worth carrying forward:
Feels like I'm having more fails than wins - but when I look at it from "bigger picture" perspective, I'm making progress! I may not be seeing the fruits of my efforts, yet, but I know they are coming!
