What worked / what didn’t:
Coming out of a relaxing weekend, I feel good! I feel stronger! I feel like I'm thinking more clearly...like the brain fog is dissipating! I'm ready for week 2! Let's do it! I did fail to record my podcasts this past weekend as planned; however, I got my recording area set up, and got all my notes prepared for me to record very soon! I also forgot to do my squats for today - I'll make up for it tomorrow.
