Daily Check-In — Day 5 (Friday, January 9)

What I did today:

  • Exercise
    • Bouncing: 9 minutes
    • Squats: 30
    • Sit-Ups: 30
    • Walking: 1 mile
    • Other exercise: None
  • Study
    • No

What worked / what didn’t:

The first week was somewhat challenging, but not as difficult as I expected. Breaking my sugar cravings has proven to be the most difficult - thankfully, I pulled through! My weight is 262.0 (I started at 271.2). I realize most of the loss was water/fluid weight - still, I'm happy!

One thought worth carrying forward:

How about one word: consistency!
