Daily Check-In, Friday, May 8

So, yesterday, I mentioned I'd be restarting my diet/health journey on Sunday. Well, I shouldn't look at it this way, but I could still continue cheating today and tomorrow - but I won't. At least, not in the way I've been cheating all week with the sugar and junk food.

I'm starting my 5th class in AI Certification today, and I'm looking forward to it. I'll start to learn about building apps with Python.

Tonight is date-night with my partner, and then I'll be working my last two nights at the Durham Bulls Saturday and Sunday. That's kind of bitter-sweet because I enjoy working at the park...but I need to focus on my health and reskilling for my future roles/career.

It's going to be a rainy weekend, so my yard won't get mowed (for like the 4th straight week). But, thankfully, it hasn't grown out of control yet (we haven't had much rain). Hopefully, it'll dry up and I can mow the lawn next week.
