I started a 3-day fast to undo the mess I made while in PA last week! I suppose technically, it's a 2 day fast, but I'm planning not to eat solid food on Wednesday - instead, having beef broth. So, I feel comfortable calling it a 3-day fast.
I was over my 3-hour social media limit by only 1 minute...but I know I can do better. I'd like to whittle that down to less than 2 hour, and eventually less than 1 hour.
While I keep posting I've made progress on the podcast, I'm failing at the most important part - that of recording and posting! I have all my scripts prepared...but I'm 7 episodes behind with recording, editing and posting! I'll work on getting caught up this weekend.
Overall, feeling good.
