Daily Check-In, Monday, March 23

Today was a great day! I felt really good. My energy was through the roof. I even got in a 3.5 mile walk (it helps to walk with friends - you get carried away in conversation and forget the time/effort you're putting into walking). Had a good choir practice tonight.

I began monitoring my time on social media today. I had set my goal for less than 3 hours a day - but honestly, that still feels like a lot. Thus, I'll gradually reduce that until I'm can sustain one hour or less per day. It's totally doable. I had to edit this goal because I'm realizing there are so many thing I use my phone for other than social media - and it's social media that I wanted to stop spending so much time on this year.

Tomorrow is a new day! Looking forward to this week!
