Okay! As promised yesterday, I'm focused today! I had my typical "no's" for prayer and no-social Sunday. I think I'm going to modify my "no-social Sunday" to be more of a reduced phone handling time. I'll see what my average Screen Time is at the end of this week, and decide how much I want to reduce that. I already know my most used app is TikTok - I definitely need to reduce that one.
Oh...I opened a Stan Store account yesterday and have begun developing a Carnivore Accountability 14-day reset booklet/PDF. I'm going to offer that via my Carnivore TikTok channel - but I'm trying to decide on a solid price-point. More to come on that later.
