Daily Check-In, Wednesday, March 11

I'm feeling really good today! I woke up feeling great! I weighed in this morning and found I'm down to 238.8 (I haven't been in the 230's in over two years!). So, that's a huge win!

I went to the track today; however, I did not walk my normal two miles. I started feeling weary during lap #3, so I walked one more lap and called it a day. Although I'm pursuing a health goal in 2026, it's equally important to listen to my body - it said pause, so I paused! I'll attempt my normal two miles again tomorrow.

I finished the book of Numbers yesterday, and today I'll begin Deuteronomy. I also got a lot of reading done in my February book yesterday, and will try to get more in tonight.

I intended to have today be a no-social day, but I promised I'd record and post a Carnivore TikTok today - a recipe for carnivore meatballs that I enjoy. So, I'll try again maybe Sunday.

Finally, I completed course #2 in my certification program yesterday and began course #3. I'm having a great week so far!!!
